Information we collect
For early access, we may collect name, email address, ZIP code or general location, whether you are interested as a patient or practice, and basic practice information when applicable.
What not to submit
Please do not submit medical records, dental images, diagnosis information, insurance cards, medication lists, treatment histories, or other sensitive health information through the early-access form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to requests, manage early access, understand market demand, improve the website and product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Advertising and analytics
The initial site package does not install Google Ads, Meta Pixel, GA4, or similar advertising trackers by default. When measurement tools are later added, they should be configured to avoid intentionally sending sensitive health information into advertising audience systems.
Sharing
We do not sell early-access personal information. We may use service providers that help operate the website, communications, or infrastructure, subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. If future scheduling requires sharing information with a participating practice, the relevant workflow and notice will be implemented before launch.
